SYNOPSIS

A hybrid documentary that combines live-action, animation and experimental footages into a narrative that explores the unique characteristics of the Egyptian city of Suez. The plot unfolds in chapters or waves; each wave depicts a period of time in the trajectory of the 2011 Egyptian revolution, which sparked first in the filmmaker’s home city of Suez.
